Hello,
Does anyone know if the Gigabyte GA-7DX+ Motherboard is any good for games? It has a AMD-761™ AGPset chipset. It only cost £50 so I thought getting this, an AMD XP1800 and 256 PC2100 DDR would be a good upgrade unless anyone knows if the motherboard is slow and not good for games.

Yes But They still beat MY crap SiS630/730 64MB OB graphics

You do realise that the MX440 is just a GeForce 2 in a shiny box, don't you?

It depends more on what graphics you are using, has nothing really to do with the motherboard mate, although you have DDR ram in it which will help.

I think one of my friends has the same motherboard and his runs games perfectly ( but that could be todo with the GF4 MX440 he has)
