Has anyone played Nightcaster?
If so, all I want to know is: when you cast a spell, is it like a fireworks display? -
That is to say: does the spellcasting FX illuminate the dark landscape like the bursts of a rainbow exploding? -
In other words: is it an eye-candy extravaganza of psychedelic proportions, or is it lame and ill-favoured? -
That's all I want to know.

it hasn't got a SINGLE good review yet...and it really doesn't look that impressive (gameplay wise and graphics wise)
