Do chemicals count, because you could potentially make up any compilation of chemicals and call it a word.

A great long word is sesquipedalian, which is basically a long word used to describe long words. And it can also mean a long word itself.

Her sesquipedalian tendancies annoyed everyone... etc.

Oh and I don't think anyone's impressed by your knowledge of the female genetalia... Did they really promise to give you all of them at the sex change clinic?
