I got a very painful cramp in my middle finger on my right hand, repetitive strain injury from using that damm wheel mouse...
It really hurts to use it but it's so handy and quick compared to the click and drag method!

Ye, i got the same problem.
Only starts hurting after i been sitting here for 3 hours or somthin though. I can live with that.
Then I just use another finger to scroll...

It's cos I use the wheel too much...
