Miyamoto must have had a hard couple of months. Last year he showed us the ultra-realistic zelda. Everyone was extremelly excited to see it. But then he changed it to the controvesial cell shaded adventure we know of today(which i think is looking pretty damn good!) Even some of the die hard Zelda veterans were loosing faith in the wonderful game. (NO. NOT FOOTBALL) Now Miyamoto can laugh in everyones faces and Say "HA HA. I TOLD YOU SO etc." Their have been too many games that have been ruined because of the style. Games like Jet set radio future suit the style perfectly. But not an adventure title that has been around for ages. (Or so you said) Now that people have been given a chance to see the game in action they've all gone very red and hidden at the back of the room. All i can say is "Shame on you for not trusting a man who has been in the business for a long time. TSK. TSK. TSK." I am desperatly waiting for the game. What do the rest of you think of the style?

All i remember is that Zean was asony fanboy that hated ninty (or a ninty fanboy that hated zelda), a Top score of the past if you will...

Wow, my first topic.

I'm not really bothered if the graphics are crap, aslong as the game is enjoyable.

I have always hated the cell shaded zelda but i have seen it running on Game Network on sky and have to admit the animation was so fluid i have kinda changed my view on the whole game

Graphics a game does not make.

The graphics of a m game should be designed to suit the game's style of play, not the other way around. Miyamoto's decision to make Zelda cel-shaded is a victory for Gameplay the world over.

You agreed it was the way to go AFTER you saw it but I bet you didn't have the faintest clue (we're talking about a year ago) that Zelda would be cell shaded! :-D
