Yes, the WWE have planned for the Big Red Machine to return to in-ring action some time around Summerslam. The only problem here at the moment is that Kane may not be fit to wrestle by the time of Summerslam.

I think that Kane will return interfering against the nWo as Kevin Nash will be back in action soon and this will make it two on three in their rivalry in the ring (Nash, Show, X-Pac Vs. Booker, Goldust). I think Kane will team up with Booker-T and Goldust.

From what I've read on the 'Net, the supposed plan is to turn the Undertaker face around that time and have him and Kane reform the 'Brothers of Destruction' gimmick, and fued with the nWo.
