Is it possable to charge user to join your free forum ie make it a pay to visit forum ie it needs a membership to post on it, I do not mind having to pay freeola to use the service but have a group going at the moment where the members pay me an anual fee to join - can this be acheived with your forum?

'are the sub-domains going to be free for normal 'paid for' domains?' Truth is I don't know for sure but I see no reason why not, it's just a DNS entry and many customers have asked for the facility. Yes my subdomain is pointing to a non-freeola domain in the interests of testing and I can also fully control the DNS for that domain.

There is now I just spammed you ;¬)

In this thread http://chat.freeola.com/Web-Development-4-chat/Domain-DNS-to-Static-IP-Routing-4745.html I asked:
...are the sub-domains going to be free for normal 'paid for' domains?

Are you able to answer that?
Thanks.

Also Eccles - your domain doesn't appear to be hosted on FREEOLA ???

There's mine I used for testing. Nothing on it yet but it will give you an impression of how it looks and works. It's also running on a subdomain that you should be able to setup once our DNS changes are in place.

Not at the moment I'm afraid.
With future developments to Instant Sites we may be able to tie in something like that to MyForums, such as having members only pages.
