New York, 2001. Your family has been wiped out by a bomb planted by a terrorist organisation in the subway, and you decide to get revenge. Having been trained in the military, you have plenty of techniques at your disposal, including stealth, hand-to-hand, explosives, weapons etc..
The game starts in NYC, with you trying to find out information about the organisation. Play can switch from first person to third person view as the need arises. The game is completely free-roaming, locations include several world cities, as well as jungle and desert sections. The plot is driven by interacting with the characters that you meet and actions you take.
The mission sections, should you decide to accept them, include one man hits, taking out groups of terrorists, destroying their communications, infiltration, undercover work, stealth and spying.
Weapons can be silenced, customised, the right sort of ammunition has to be selected, new items can be acquired in cities and from other NPC's.
