Datel have always managed to be first with a cheat cartridge for every system, Blaze trying to copy shortly after (as was proved with the PS2 cheats disc). It was a while after Datel released the Action Replay GBX for the Game Boy Advance before Blaze released a cheat cart' themselves.
If you want a cheat device for the GameCube, get the Action Replay due out soon. It is fully updatable, lets you play import games without any mod chips, and Datel's website always has the new codes as soon as they are hacked ready for you to add to your 'dongle'.
Believe me, Blaze should stick to worm lights and carry cases as their cheat devices aren't worth the plastic they're encased in.
