I assume you mean Metal Gear 1?


ok, when you enter the room and the cut-scene starts, put your 1player controller in controller port 2. then he cant read your mind(he doesnt know what you r gunna do).

it sounds like crap, but i did something like this too. it works

I tried all that but I still can't kick his butt, Thanks anyway

Yea it does work, very smart idea in my opinion.

Use the controller port 2...

Also the AK gun, then around the room, using your thermal goggles, then shoot him as soon as he appears.

When the objects fly around the room, lie on the floor.
I stay behind the one table thing on the left with the holigram buildings (i think).

Try that, just keep shooting him when he appears, and run around when he fires...

Possibly because he's playing the game again?

But that's just a really rough guess and all.....

I hated that part, I only had one controller and had to get up TWICE to change ports, grrr

Do I need full rations to kick physic mantis butt I have tried changing ports, hiding & all that but I still can't get him
