Bishi Bashi was indeed class. Replaced by Wario Ware now though, and Smooth Moves just looks like more of the same insane stuff, only with more moving and waving...

Ah touche(sp?). Sonic has some OK storylines. Sonic Adventure was by far the best.
Well I would assume the Paper Mario stories to have more thought put into them than the average Sonic story. Although they probably revolve around some Mario cliche I expect they expanded upon it a fair bit as the titles are simple RPG games.
As for difficulty: Mario 64's later levels weren't my cup of tea but then I only wanted to beat Bowser and not collect all those frickin' stars.

Yeah I mean the storylines are so great and the game so difficult....
Mario games tend to be slightly deeper experiences with more replay value.

i think the game was called Sonic Party - it was like a board game on the dreamcast, you had to get the most gems.
that was pretty good fun! it temporarily replaced bishi bashi special as our game of choice at house gatherings.. it was replaced by virtua tennis and paper mario, but still, it had a fine run!
