Well, Blanc has signed a new 1 year deal so he will be the heart of our team in the coming season, but who will partner him?

United are Yet to make a move into the transfer market but seeing as Blanc is a dominating kind of player who likes to come forward and spray the ball around, It means that we need someone that is quick and strong but who will be this player?

The Rio Ferdinand Situation seems to be dragging a bit and as Leeds have not got a Manager, it seems likely that any transfer activity will happen at the moment, The Ayala Link seems to have died and Hofland keeps being linked to a Highbury...

So whose Left?

John O'Shea!
All he needs is a little more match practice and experience at the higher levels and he'll be fine....

Failing in that, we should be looking in some of our Feeder Club's squads for future stars in these same positions, so that we never have to face this problem in the future!

I'm still pretty confident about Ayala signing, despite the apparent death in the deal. As for Thuram and Rio... I think we can forget it once again!

Still a long time yet. Premiership doesnt kick-off for over a month and Fergie will make any signings right up to the champions league deadline.

Although it would be nice to sign the players earlier to get them in for pre-season training...

Well Thuram is around 31 yrs old so its unlikely that an apprently £15 mil which Juve want will go through and the Nesta story also seems to have died a bit, Fergie did say he may make a move for Nesta after the World Cup but it seems that Nesta wants to stay at Lazio if they want to keep him, but if they dont he may opt to stay in italy because they do slower football and it may suit him, but we will see.
