My top 10 games are all top class games but I’m not only choosing the latest in gaming technology, see what you think and write back to let me know your opinion of your top 10 games.

Number. 1: My number one game has got to be ‘Perfect Dark’ for the nintendo 64, it is just an amazing game with a brilliant multiplayer which really convinced me to have the awesome game at the top of my charts.
The other thing my best friend and I enjoyed was the co-operative mode which we completed on the easy setting and we got about half way through the second setting before we got stuck which really shows how hard it is. There is also a counter-operative option where you or your friend joins the team of the enemies to attempt to stop Joanna from completing the game.

Number. 2:My second favourite game is ‘Half life’ on the PC, it is one amazing game even though it has been around for two years. In my opinion the only game to have ever come close to it is Perfect Dark. A brilliant thing about ‘Half Life’ is the great detail in it such as; it even has cockroaches on the floor. Another ace thing is the way you can play over the Internet. I recently found out from my friend saying that it has a level editor on it, which I hope to use to make some my own levels up.

Number. 3:My next best game hitting my chart at a convincing number 3 is ‘WWF Smackdown’ for the Sony Playstation. ‘Smackdown’ is a brilliant game that includes great gameplay and lots of options such as a cage match or even special guest referee match. You can create a brilliant character going into great detail. You can even make up a big pay per view event consisting of some amazing matches. ‘WWF Smackdown’ has all of your favourite wrestlers and their specials in great detail.

Number. 4:Number 4 is a good game; it is old but still I really enjoy coming back to this one. It is ‘Diablo’. The thing my brother and I enjoyed the most was playing it over the net and slaying good guys with our amazing equipment to try and collect as many ears as we could. This has a superb one-player mode with lots of missions as you venture deeper into the labyrinth. There is even a town, which you can visit for help, for weapons or even for some potions.

Number. 5:My fifth best game is an all time favourite, ‘Pokemon Gold’ for the gameboy. This is just sheer brilliance especially for a gameboy game. The whole idea is amazing. At first I just thought that it was childish but when I had a little go I was hooked so I just got a copy of ‘Gold’ from America and I love it.
The thing that I most enjoy about it is finding new pokemon that aren’t on ‘Pokemon blue or red’. My best pokemon of all is ‘Togipi’. Once the ‘elite four’ are beaten you may then cruise on to the ‘indigo platoon’ which weren’t shown in ‘pokemon blue, red or yellow’.

Number. 6:My sixth best game to ever hit the shelves really is a good one. It is an all time favourite, ‘Zelda Ocarina of time’. Wow what can I say, it lacks nothing, and it has superb gameplay and is a very lengthy game.
But as far as I’m concerned that is a good thing. The game is brilliant and the r.p.g. Games really are awesome and this game like ‘Perfect Dark’ are the only two games I know of on n64 to get a 98%.
The only criticism is it is not a game that is easy to come back to after completion. What I really enjoy doing is calling ‘Epona’ your horse over by playing the song and then just galloping around the fields.

Number. 7:My next best game is ‘1080 snowboarding’ on the nintendo 64. This is a great game with a few good options like the halfpipe and the solo racing against the computers. My brother and I very much enjoyed doing the time attacks and trick attacks which our records were unbeatable. There are also many secret characters to win these are; ‘Silver boarder’, ‘golden boarder’, and even a wacky ‘Panda boarder’.

Number. 8:Number 8 is ‘Diddy Kong racing’ is a great game with great animation. In the game the creators haven’t used the all time favourites ‘Mario’, ‘Luigi’, ‘Yoshi’ ect… but they have used ‘Diddy Kong’, Donkey’s little brother and a set of new characters including; ‘Conker’, ‘Badger’ and the evil ‘Whiz pig’ etc….
There is a lot to do in the one player option like the normal races, the ‘t.t’ races or the cup races ect….
I think that ‘Diddy Kong Racing’ is better than its rival ‘Mario kart’ because it has many more races and instead of just car racing there is hovercraft and aeroplane racing.

Number. 9:My ninth best game ever is ‘music 200’ for the playstation. This is a great game and has some great options to help you on your way to making a masterpiece. I love choosing my bassline the editing it with the keyboard editor. One other good thing is the ‘music jam’ to listen to some songs or extracts to combine to make your own tune, also you can make a Video for your newly made song. The songs you can make are amazing with a bit of creativity and time you could be the next DJ of the century.

Number. 10:In at number 10 ‘Tony hawk’s pro skater 2’ on the Sony playstation. This is an amazing game with brilliant graphics and gameplay. Some of the options are; The player creator is awesome and you can make a character from scratch. The best of the options is the create a park option where you can choose from a selection of objects including; Halfpipes, steps with grind poles running down them, empty swimming pools for maximum air and tricks. There are some new fantastic tricks to pull of after buying them from the mall some of the best are; The 900, or the Airwalk, or even the fs540 which is just like a back flip.
You can win many things such as; Tony hawk from the 80’s, Disco mode to make the arenas flashing in multicoloured lights, you can even win ‘Spider man’ as a playable character.

Repl with any of your top ten games.

Wildfire,

You have the wrong end of the stick BJLangley was talking about you.

You obviously have not grown up with games if you consider genre defining games like Mario and Zelda childish.

I have given up on the N64 I must admit but I can still see that Nintendo make great games.

>You cannot possibly say that games such as Mario and WWF, Zelda and Pokemon can be 'YOUR VERY BEST TOP 10 GAMES EVER'. These games fall into the catagory of sad childrens games.

Oh dear. Another naughty child will have to be sent to their room to think about their silly little comments. Again, when they are ready to apologise, and offer us much money, we may read further comments by this fool.
