It sounds tricky, but isn't!!!!!
Check this out, it'll tell you all you need to know!!!:

It's back-up's mind you!!!!
Half of you probably already know about this technique!!!
This may be the last time I speak to you all!!
Sayanara!!!
The thing is I played WE6 and started 'LOOKING'(only looking) at a couple of chips, like the USB SBOX and the No-Solder. But I found that my PS2, being an early one V3 30003, couldn't use the No-Solder so my only option was the SBOX, but that still ment taking my PS2 apart and I certainly wasn't prepared to do that for a Japanese version of a game I could own in 4 months!!!
Then I stumbled across this 'knife trick' on a Modchip Forum (I had been asking Q's about the chips I was looking at) and that gave me the link to the site I gave you all!!!
It definately works but I am getting tired of saying this(Sorry Mandatare!!) to prove my honesty!!
I have no chip in my PS2!!!
And this technique does work!!!!
1) Action Replay 2- When this loads up it bypasses the Playstation 2 screen. Usually during this screen the PS2 checks to see if the disk is a compatiible format with the PS2. If this is missed out then the CD cant be checked. However after the action replay, if you want to open the tray to insert the ripped game, then u need to open the console which will crash it. So thats why you need....
2) Clip/credit card- This allows you to open the tray without crashing the PS2. Once this is al done you actualy need something that will allow the PS2 to read the ripped disk, aka neo chip
3) Neo Chip- This basicaly allows the PS2 to read the data so that it can be processed.
Thats about it. Dont go out and do it, that wasn't my intention, just trying to prove that it wont work without the legal chip. Methinks Da_linksta has a chip he just aint telling us because he doesn't wanna get banned. Isn't that right? Either that or you haven't really played Winning Eleven, or your dad owns that site and is trying to make money. But i'm not gonna falsely accuse.
I was going to get one of those ages ago but didnt know if they were any good.
If you have, tell me about it.
Cheers.
:)
Bottom Line:
I would have sold my Nan's left leg to have WE6 after I played it round a mates!!! I came, I saw, I conqered, a week later I've got it and it's AMAZING!!!
You are against what I stand for. Fair Play, we can't all be the same in this funny old world of ours!!!!
Done and Dusted.
For the time being!!!!!
Only joking!!!!!!

So much for informing people, sorry if I OFFENDED you Mandatare, I was just trying to be helpful. By offering a way to play 'The Greatest Football Game Ever', 4 months before it comes out over here!!
But 'no credit card even goes near the back of my console' and it dosen't invalidate your warranty, but I know in some peoples eyes I am the spawn of Satan, but get over it and break some rules!!! LIVE DAMN IT!!!!!
Freedom of speech an' all!!!!
I suppose ya gonna report me now!!!!

Easy then. DON'T BOTHER. You may think it's clever and this and that. But when you get caught, don't come running to us. You know it's illegal otherwise you wouldn't be using a credit card to mess with the back of the console. And i thought GASMask if that was his name was banned for doing something like this. You should be gone next hopefully. TTFN. :-D
Sorry but you have fun with your little card and so one.
