All consoles have their differences. The consoles in the Future will be amazing. What will happen to Sony? What about Nintendo? And Sega? And what about Microsofts new console - the X-Box?
Imagine what would happen If Sony, Nintendo, Sega and Microsoft joined forces to make a Console which would make everyone forget about The Playstation and Nintendo 64? The graphics would be brilliant and almost realistic, The games would be fun and all the charicters would be in it e.g. Mario, Sonic.
We would not have to bother worrying about Which console we buy because it would all be there. There would be no more arguements about wether Sony are better than Nintendo. If there were arguements, It would look pretty stupid seeing two people say their console is better because they both would own the same type of console.
Nintendo would need to make only a few mario games as they are really only suitable for younger players. they should concerntrate more on older players.
Sony are doing allright but need to cut down on the blood filled games to keep everyone happy, cuz If there is a game for 18 and over, people with worrying perents would stop them from buying that game.The same goes for Nintendo.
Sega would need to help by making games for all ages but still they are making games for young players.
Companies like Rare would only have to concerntrate on making games for one console. This would save alot of bother.

Competition is what keeps the games industry on it's feet. Sega and Nintendo both got incompetent and made their consoles fairly uncompetetive in price and marketing. As a result, Sony played competetively and knocked both companies off their feet!

Nintendo and Sega do make games for all ages.
Not all the games on the Playstation are bloody and gorey, unlike any 10 year old playstation owner will tell you.
