Ok i need some advice. I want to purchase a nhl game i was playing nhl 2002 and thought it was superb and would like it, but it is well exspensive so i looked at chipsworld for it second hand. It was £28 or so. But then i noticed nhl 2001 for £14 second hand. I realy need to save money at the momement but i really want a quality game. SO is it worth me buying the 2001 or the 2002?

NHL2002 has more special moves
NHL2002 has better gaphics
NHL2002 has collectable card
NHL2002 has a better create a player mode
NHL2002 has loads more stats
NHL2002 has better injuries
NHL2002 has sharper gameplay
NHL2002 has newer teams
The rest of the game is about the same as each other. But NHL 2002 is a vast improvement over 2001.

NHL 2001 gets boring quite early so if I were you I would go for NHL 2002!
Well they are both fantastic but NHL2002 has better graphics, better career mode, collectable cardss ect. I think buyng the latest edition would be worth it.
