Damn, out of 3 month warantee. I could have sworn it was a year.

Nah, it's in warrantee and I have a spare one, I'd rather just wait to get an officially fixed one.

Dam! When i saw the topic I had the ghostbusters joke lined up and you beat me to it! I had the same problem. What i did was opened it up and I noticed there was a lose wire from the Analogue light. It seemed to be moving around and touching the contacts. When i soldered it it was fine. Not sure if you have the same exact problem but having a look your self may be the answer.
