I played the demo a couple of months ago, and it was fabulous, and I'm very annoyed that it's taken this long to come out. I realise this happens quite often with games, but usually the delays are announced well before the launch date.
EA, or whover the distributor is, are not impressing me one little bit.
Ah well another week of Pro Evolution to fill the gap. The sacrifices we have to make! ;o)
EA are famous for annual releases of the same game with just minor changes a la FIFA etc, but there are major changes from Tiger Woods 2001. 6 Courses, a lot of challenges to earn money to improve your golfer. If you like golf then you have to get this game.
I have some EB vouchers to use up so I might just go and get this tomorrow.
So off I tripped into town to buy this great new game, only to be looked at blankly, by the staff at my local gaming emporium ( so little change there then).
And here we are weeks and weeks later and I'm still not confident it'll be out at all, let alone on Friday.
The PC version was scrapped, and it looks like the XBox version doesn't have a release date either. Licensing problems apparently, which may be why it keeps getting delayed, as they await the OK.
There's actually screenshots and info on the Tiger Woods 2003 game already on the net!! Oh well, just means a shorter wait than usual, until the next release of series.
Yes, i've been waiting for it too but it never seems to come out

Pro Evolution Soccer? What, so you don't pass the time by dangling small animals above the Tiger's cage in the zoo? Endless fun!
