Its because the other cameras can see her face and feet, so she cant be doing anything TOO naughty. Except maybe the obvious.
IF the rules made any sense then the girls should be walking round nekid all the time. Except for Jade she can stay fully clothed, just seeing her pig like face is bad enough.
