Of course there will be a GTA4. People have been talking about it in these forums for ages.
Welcome back J Savo. Nice holiday under that rock of yours, because if you had stayed here long enough, you would now by now that not only is GTA4 in development, but so is GTA: Vice out later this year. They where both announced yonks ago, just after GTA3 if I remember correctly.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City... is all I have to say.
