No, Sega don't charge to connect to the server but in order to use your own ISP with your GC won't either sega or Nintendo need to produce a special disc so that you can register your existing ISP with your GC? y'know like dreamkey, cos it's all very well having the game, modem and cable but at the end of the day it is'nt really possible to go online without some sort of registration process, i'm sure theyve thought about it allready but if they havent then theres going to be a lot of dissapointed PSO players, including me.

Well as Nintendo have said that you have to find your own ISP to connect your cube, it is possible it will be free to play if you use the provider you already use and have an unlimited time online package. Although Sega may charge to connect to the server, do they charge at the moment?
