Kahn's been rated as possibly the best keeper in the world at this point in time. I think i'd agree with that after how well Bayern have recently been doing in Europe over the last year or so. And also considering the fact that I can't recall him having EVER done "a Barthez"!

And Ballack is also a great player, and Germany could suffer without him.
No matter who wins and what not, it'll be a great match to watch.

And what's better it's on a Sunday - a day when i'm free to watch it with no work or school! :D

Ballack will miss the final due to collecting 2 yellow cards, which is quite a big blow for Germany.

Ok, so he hasn't been good ALL throughout the tournament, but he has scored a fair few, and overall he's been pretty decent.

I'd have to agree with him.

Kahn is the only player who has played well throughout the tournament for Kahn, and if it wasn't for him, Germany would be out by now.

Klose has been quite good in some matches, as has Ballack, but they have not been consistant, as Kahn has.

Goalkeeper of the tournament award will go to him, I tell you.

Arghhhhh :( I wanted Korea to go all the way but I was asking abit to much.

Anyway even if Brazil did knock England out i'd rather them to win the WC than Germany, so i'm rooting for Brazil.

Not only that but it is the worst German side in years and even Franz Beckenbauer slagged them off sying that the keeper, Oliver Khan was the only international class player on there team.

Well the draw still wouldn't have been like that as Germany were seeded and we were not plus we may not have beaten the Ukranians. After all, you can't uderestimate a team with one of the best strikers, if not the best ( No, i'm not talking about Sergei Rebrov) in the wrold, Andrei Shevchenko.

It is better to be safe than sorry and any other way could have seen us end up losing all our games and being sent home without even making the second round.

Oh well, the critics will be happy now, won't they!?

Still, it's a great achievement by any standards to get to a semi-final.

Well done South Korea!

Bah, Germany have gone the whole tournament without playing a single team from the top ten in the FIFA world rankings....

Bah, Germany must know that they're lucky to be there.

Imagine if a certain David Beckham hadn't put in a certain free kick to earn England a certain 2-2 draw. Imagine England taking the same path the finals Gemany took, and imagine us ending up in Germany's group in the finals.

Damn David Beckham and his free kicks.
