Not all the screws are the same, most are similar but your PC should use quite a wide variety of screws if its been built right.

Most modding places will have annodised ones, but if you wander into a small computer shop they'll probably give you a few.

not all the screws are the same, but the cards and the outside case ones are, well for me anyway, the inside holes arn't big enough.

Sure, you need standard electrical screws, all the ones used in PCs are the same. Just take one of them to any hardware store, or even a PC store, and they'll get you new ones. Homebase and B&Q don't count as hardware stores.
