Linx - Hello and welcome to “not the special reserve news”, and here’s today’s stories
*Shuffles papers*
Linx – it seems that over night a polystyrene replica of stone hendge has been built right in the middle of the life, universe and everything forum. No one quite knows who built it but the suspicion is being pointed to the group of cloaked people who have been there since dawn. Here’s are on location reporter Lawless Fever with more
---------------------------------
(At life, universe and everything forum infront of a semi satanic cult)
Lawless Fever – thanks Linx. The polystyrene replica of stone hendge seems to be identical to the original with the exception of the large platform in the middle. A cult of around 100 people strong are gathered around saying prayers and offering items to their god by placing them on the platform and pulling a curtain around the platform to obstruct their sight while its being received
*Places finger on earpiece*
Lawless Fever – wait a minute, the leader of the cult, a man named Mr. Snuggly has just said he’ll take a live interview
*The crowd splits and a bearded man in a white hooded cloak holding a staff walks out and up to Lawless Fever*
Lawless Fever – Mr. Snuggly?
Wise old Mr. Snuggly – that’ll be me
Lawless Fever – now may I just ask, what are you doing here?
Wise old Mr. Snuggly – offering gifts to the holy one
Lawless Fever – the holy one?
Wise old Mr. Snuggly – yes, our god who we worship, but you can just call him Tony
Lawless Fever – did you built this stone hendge?
Wise old Mr. Snuggly – not I, but some of the followers did
*in a wizard of oz kinda style a large holographic head of Tony appears hovering above the platform*
The one they call Tony – I am pleased with your offerings my children, yet I am still not satisfied
Lawless Fever – what the?!
Wise old Mr. Snuggly – wait, come on lads, a 1,2 , a 1 2 3!
*all the followers put on brightly coloured party hats and a blue BMW z type is driven onto the stage*
The whole crowd – happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to Tony, happy birthday to you!
*the curtain covers the stage and everyone cheers*
Lawless Fever – you mean this is a birthday party?!
*A girlish squeal comes from behind the curtain followed by the sound of an engine starting up and a small giggle*
Wise old Mr. Snuggly – well, um, er… yeah
Lawless Fever - You mean I got up on a Sunday morning to do a story about a birthday party?!
Wise old Mr. Snuggly – well, um, yeah
*Lawless Fever grabs Mr. Snuggly’s staff and raises it above his head*
Lawless Fever – your gonna get it now you little bas...
-----------------------------
Linx – sorry we um, seem to have *cough* lost the link.
And in other news, 2 decapitated spammers were found at the bottom of a river in a Volvo.
Doctors say that they have been at the bottom of the river in the WWE forum for about a week.
Police constable Stryke made this statement.
Stryke - there was no evidence in the Volvo to say who did this but I believe we will catch them (yeah right). Our men found a button from what we believe to be a uniform but it disappeared from the evidence cupboard last night (damn I’m good). So we have no leads what so ever. If anyone has any information about this… keep quite or I’ll bust your face in! um, opps, I mean ring 999. Thank you for your time.
Linx – and here’s are sports correspondent SHEEPY with the results to the football matches played today…
--------------------
SHEEPY –
Bristol city 1-8 Cardiff city
We always lose 1-0 Not this time
Queen Vic 2-1 Rovers revenge
Chat 1-2 Prime
England 2-1 Brazil
Kiwi town 3-3 Orange city
Get them out! (.)(.) Hay hay!
And now the weather with Mystique
-----------------------------
Mystique – hello and welcome to the weather sponsored by bobby’s greenhouses. I’m afraid that the weather is still terrible.
*points to the map behind her*
Mystique – as we can see the ‘pokemon’ and ‘game idea’s forums’ are still suffering from drought with only a few, posts if any posts a day. And to the north it seems that a small desert is growing next to the ‘long, interesting story forum’ with the residences trying as hard as they can by posting but in the end it seems they’re fighting a lost battle.
*Clicks and a new map comes up*
Mystique – its pretty funny really because most of the other forums are having floods, especially the ‘future of gaming chat’ and the ‘Nintendo’ forum.
It seems that the increase in the pollution of spammers has caused an influx in posts resulting in the floods we see here
*points to the map*
Mystique – the mayor of the future of gaming chat forum Grix Thraves has allowed children to swap algebra for swimming lessons as he thinks it will help them a lot more to not drown than to know what X.
Now the pollen count. Well all over its high so people, watch out for that grass!
*Waves*
Mystique – see you next time
--------------------------
Linx – thanks for that Mystique. Well that’s all we’ve got time for. Remember to tune in for the late night news dedicated to Jade from bib brother’s brain who recently past away.
Thanks for watching and don’t get nightmares!
Dun-du-dun dun-du-dun dun dun dun…
Well done
