Whenever I open a new Window in IE, it opens as almost full screen, but just a few pixels around the border where you can see what is behind, which is getting a little anoying.

It ue to be when I open a new Window, (by right clicking a link > Open in new window or clicking the message from MSN about ne Hotmail) it would open the window center screen , about half the size of my Screen, which I liked :o) All of a sudden it opens a huge screen, which I know sounds stupid, but I don't like it like that.

Is there any way of altering the way a new window should open???

This used to happen to me as well, it's all sorted now but I'm not quite sure what I did to solve it.

Try resizing an IE window to the size you want it to open at, then click File > Close. Make sure you have no other IE windows open at the same time. I think that's how I sorted mine out.
