Don't put too many on there though, because if you put ore than 50 your game most likely won't load. You can make your own skins for your character by going in to GTA3/skins and copying the skin in there, then changing it in paint, taking note of where all the different boxes go on the model.I found that using smudge in photoshop to give my character a humourous smile and a bald head was highly amusing. as was giving him lipstick.
Just make sure that you put the skin back in the /skins directory

Music - Copy all your MP3s, then paste them as SHORTCUTS into the GTA3/MP3 directory, then listen to them by selecting MP3 Station from the various radio stations
Cars - Can't be done without modding tools, which haven't been released yet
