All this mumbling that's been going on about "my controller's better than your controller" recently reminded me....

Have any of you lot played a SNES or Mega Drive recently? Try it, and you'll really see how much controller design has come on in the last 10 years. My god, it's no wonder I used to get calluses.

Yeah but there are too many buttons on the new pads and it is now harder and longer to figure out. The are easier to hold and use but the buttons are allways awackward to reach.

Hmmmmm Snes pads..

I mean ACK snes pads!

At least megadrive pads (well some) where curved to suit your hand, snes ones where flat with rounded edges.. I must say though that any pad recently tends to hurt you hands if you use them long enough..

That's funny...the Playstation's controller was based on the SNES's! (with the addition of and extra left and right shoulder button)

n64 controllers are quite good but the snes, ha there so bad i cant talk about em
