eeerrrrr i agree, i found it much more creepier when i first watched it (probably because i was about 6) but its getting less creepy and less entertaining all the time, although i am still quite interested, but thank god its the last series...

X-Files no longer interests me. When it first aired, it was a fresh and original show, which had some great, interesting storylines. Now though, all that's dried up. There's nothing new or entertaining about this new series (I'm talking about the series on BBC2), the episodes have just become samey, only this time Mulder has been replaced by Doggert.
Basically all that happens is, scully and doggert investigate strange and bizarre cases, which usually involve humans with some kind of deformity, or strange unknown creatures. Every couple of weeks an episode comes on which almost reveals the truth about aliens and why they come to earth, but alas, it never does. That's it, that’s all what happens, and I don't know how Chris Carter plans on recycling the same storyline over and over again.

scully's baby is right freaky. although i couldnt be bothered to stay up and watch it all, i still enjoyed the hour or so i watched
I thought since the departure of david duchovney (sp) it would be crap, but im actually enjoying it.

Anyway, Robert Patrick is the new agent yes, but he isn't the new Mulder. Scully is the new Mulder since she is the believer and Robert Patrick is the new Scully since he doesn't believe in anything that Mulder would.
And neither is the 'new' anything anyway! This series has been on for ages now!
