Thanks.
Just tap it to fire a powerful shot along the floor!
I like the Power Meter though, and at least you can't sky the ball as easily as in ISS 2000!
The only thing I don't like is curling the ball, as I can never really seem to do it. I try, try and try to do like it says in the manual, but i've only ever scored one curling free kick, and that was with Zidane.
Onw thing I hate is the other teams defence.
It seems that as soon as you get the ball and move anywhere you get tackled. And it takes to long for players to twist ot turn with the ball too. And the defence is too slow at getting back.
I know you can call your keeper out, but Nigel Martyn is pants!!
And why do Japan wear red!????
I found the control systam quite hard to get used to after ISS 2000, but that may have been because it was the first GameCube game I played. But once you get used to it all, the game runs quite well.
And not only are the graphics a lot better, but the player movements and attacks you can make are a lot better.
But prepare to concede goals on a regular basis! You'll very rarely find that your defence stays back to do the job!
Good game.
Shudder to think how bad Fifa and Virtual stiker must be...
Pro Evo and even TIF 2002 on the PS2 are miles better.
My advice would be to try before you buy.
Best football game on the GC worth getting but Pro Evo will be a hell of a lot better.
Thanks
