Actually, on the rare occasion that I listen to the radio, it's usually Storm (digital radio)
Just because dance music is awful doesn't mean you have to take it out on me

Soon I will kill you.
I'll definitely download some stuff when I get back home. You never know, I might even be a convert :) although I will revert to indie-boy status for the Tenacious D concert, only two weeks to go!
;-)
I'll have listened to some by Sunday. Bit busy tommorrow. And you have a good weekend too.
:D
No PC at home for me at the moment, and it's hometime from work.
Enjoy listening to the new stuff, I look forward to reading what you think next week. Have a good weekend.
Yes, get the album. It's really cheap on play.com if you're a little strapped for cash. 8 or 9 quid, I think. And it's so worth it.
You haven't heard Wonderboy yet? Excellent, you'll love it.
I've only got Tribute so far, and my PC at home is knackered. I'm thinking of just buying the album straight off, instead of downloading any more. Bit short of funds at the moment though :-(
As for the stuff you may download, all I ask is that you listen to it with an open mind. If you do that, and still don't like it, then fair enough. At least you've given it a go, which is more than some people.
Oh, and if you can't find any Bonobo (quite likely) then Amazon have about 30 seconds of each track on the album as a sample to stream. Unfortunately it's not thw whole track, but it'll do as a last resort...
I'll download some of that music then, just as a trial. I'm not biased aginast dance music, so I won't listen to half a minute and says it's crap. But I doubt I'll like it. Worth a go though. Did you like the D?

Well, I don't know what they listen to so I can't comment, and you do seem a bit of an indie kid anyway, so that's ok. :-D
But seriously, it does annoy me when people think they know what dance music is all about because the bought the latest Ministry of Sound album.
As with any genre, the dance music genre has its mainstream stuff, and its non-mainstream stuff.
I know you download some music Stryke, so if you've got a spare few minutes this weekend, try getting hold of some tracks by Fila Brazillia, 4 Hero, Bonobo, Saint Germain, Aphex Twin or Lovage.
I'm not saying you'll like them or anything, but I suspect they'll be vastly different from the sort of stuff your mates listen to. I'd be interested to know what you think as well.
