Nope he meant an old SR user called Khazar.

He got banned for threatening someone he knew. It's because he's has ASAD and he just flipped because of it but he's gone now I think (Unless he has a new name).

If you refer to KAZAA, then I am not aware it was banned, I am still downloading regularly, but as far as I'm concerned, the success of kazaa serves the music industry right for charging ridiculous amounts of money for CDs. I'm not going to argue for hours about how much money they don't make, but as long as people are sharing music on the internet, I will be downloading it, illegally or not. Napster was stitched up, but there will always be someone else with the same idea, even if kazaa is the next victim.
