Okie doke, this is what Phil did to Rar:

It's an XP2000+, Thermalright AX7 with *I think* a YS-TECH fan. At the time he only had one case fan in it.

He upped the FSB to 140mhz and got the chip running at 1757mhz. It's tempurature was 55c while totally slaying it with Seti.

Lol, yes, but during the extremely short time it was working at Luke's I built some temp failsafes in to it ready for me to have a fiddle when I get it back away from hiiiiiiim. Oh, and I now have 2 case fans :)

Er, Rob, "temperature failsafes"? Box was running at around 55C when it was here, rising under load, last I knew you had a mother of a heatsink in the AX7 and a total of..1..case fans.

Oh well, finally sorted motherboard issues, I'll play with overclocking deceit again when I get bored, determined to push benchmarks up a bit more.

Well I'm certainly interested in overclocking. But if this thread is just going to degenerate into the same bragging match as the 'Post your PC benchmarks' thread did then I'll just leave it ;~).

I have an interest in overclocking. That's why I spent ages building temperatire failsafes in to Rar.

I'm better than you, but that's nothing to do with me being a regular...

We discovered the last time you started an identical thread that only me, you and phil (possibly someone else..) have any interest in overclocking.

This noobie thing is starting to get on my nerves, i have been on forums for years and only started this one last year but have changes my name, so if i was a regular then this WOULD be official, i get it, becuase regulars are far better than anyone else and they own this forum, i know your remarke was probably just a small jibe but this noobie/regular devide is really stupid, i realise how irritating some noobs can be as i get them all the time while playing castle wolfenstien online, but give me a break guys.
