I downloaded a set of Simpson icons and cursores I have unziped them but how do I put them into use.

That's because the white background which surrounds the icons hasn't been set to be transparent.

But...... when I go on to browse then add my icon it's in a square by its self, then what do I do?

I would really be greatfull for your help.

for the icons, this is what uve gotta do. im assuming they're all .ico file as opposed to a combined icon file. here goes...

1. Select the icon file you want to use, and store it safely in a folder somewhere on your Hard Drive

2. Find the shortcut you want to use the icon on.

3. Right-click on it and choose 'Properties'

4. On the 'Shortcut' tab, select 'Change Icon'

5. Click 'Browse' and find the icon file you stored safely

6. Click OK a few times, and hey presto! All done!

As for the cursors, i'm not sure, but go into control panel, mouse, pointer tab, and u can probably find it using browse, but ive never done it before - so i cud be horribly wrong....
