Im stuck on a mission in stounton island. I met this copper in the toulet in the park and he wants me to torch the safe house. Problem is i cant figure out how to set fire to it. please help
Just in case you're still stuck, you need to position yourself in line with both the open window, and the illuminated window to your left. Now aim back fully, as high as you can and lob a grenade full power. It will go in the window every time.

Nope, it's just trial and error - or good judgement.
The other way would be to use the rocket launcher, but I don't think you can get it that early in the game unless you enter a cheat.
It's just a question of getting your distance from the wall right. After a little practice, you should be able to do it every time.
Just remember to run away if you miss, because the grenade is likely to land right next to you! :-)
