Police were called to the home of WWE superstar Steve Williams, better known to most as "Stone Cold" Steve Austin from World Wrestling Entertainment last night.
Apparently Austin had attacked his wife Debra, but was not at the house when police arrived at approximately 4:00am.
Debra had a welt under her eye and bruises on her shoulder and back. She said things like this has happened before, but she was reluctant to call police due to Austin's celebrity status.

News was also broadcast live in San Antonio, and featyred on many other sites, which increases the validity of the story.
A couple of days I posted something called 'Have you all got short memories?' defending SCSA. I would like to take this opportunity to take BACK eeverything I said defending him. If this is true, then he is nothing but a gutless coward. Toughest SOB? Yeah right. Hitting a woman, that's really tough of you. And he can't say any crap about putting it down to his professional career, because it seems this is a regular occurence.
If this is true, then not only do I think that WWE should tear up his contract, but I have lost all respect for him. Sad really.
> Humm...now Helicopters are chasing him down San Antonio...

Excellent.
> I didn't even know Debra was his real wife.

Um... hello? I- Hmm, I was gonna go on about how obvious it is, and how everyone knows, and how it's posted on every wrestling site and news site. But it's SO obvious, that I don't even need to do that
"I have had enough of the "rumors" of Stone Cold Steve Austin, and the incident of him abusing his wife, so I took it upon myself to verify this story on my own by contacting KMOL Channel 4 (NBC Affiliate) in San Antonio, Texas...This is what I found out -
I contacted KMOL and spoke to an editor named Adrian Castillo. Adrian, who could not release the Officer's Report to me was more than happy to read from it after he confirmed that the story was broadcasted last evening.
The Officer's official Report stated that Debra Williams was treated on the scene at 4:00 a.m;. Saturday June 15th for both swollen cheeks, both eyes blackened and bruised, and various abbrasions on her back. She was quoted in the report in saying. "I can't believe he hit me! This has happened before, but I was too afraid to call the Police, because of his Star status.....I can't believe he hit me."
The official Report states the he hit her a multitude of times and then fled the scene.....His tattoos were listed by Debra Williams to the Officer for identification of Steve Williams if the matter does go further, and place him under arrest."
What an SOB. I'm glad he's gone, I've always disliked his aggresiveness on screen, and even on Tough Enough. I guess he's like it at home too.
