Could someone tell me why my laptop stops working during games? and resets its self.

I always have the specs i need for the games but they always seem to reset the laptop.

Any Help.

OOO-er! Not from me! What's a laptop? Ask Cipro, I believe he knows everything! If he doesn't he'll have a game that does.
