When he maffed it up for England and let Sweden score my opinion was changing, but now it was the same again.
Since then he has proved that he is a worthy replacement if any of the defenders are injured, and in my opinion he shuoldbe a regular starter in the England squad.
But either way - he does seem to have improved and put iot behind him.
That's proffesional - unlike THAT mistake.
He's always been a great attacking player, but he still needs to look to assist the strikers rather than go for goal himself.
He should have a good start to next season with Leeds.

Agrees he was the first to hold his hand up with his mistake but he has be very good since thinks his main asset is getting down those flanks
