yeh ive got a PS2.
ive played both gamecube and xbox. but there only a couple of games i would want for each, but i really really want halo and resident evil, which means buying both those consoles.

I'd go 100% with the 'Cube, but the games aren't to everyone's taste, so give it more time to see if a decent library of titles that YOU would like develops.

As youv'e got a PS2 then the best choice has to be the GC due to the style of available games.
And remember that Ninty are getting 5 res evil conversions!
As u have a PS 2 - go for a Cube.
