I own 5 games already:

Rogue Leader
Luigi's Mansion
Super Monkey Ball
Super Smash Bros.
ISS2

I'll be buying Pikmin tomorrow, which will give me 6 titles. There seems to be a constant stream of worthy titles hitting the shelves over the next 5-6 months, so I could well have 10 games before christmas.

Now that may be a short list, and a few of thouse are likely to have a 2003 release, but why would I want hundreds of games? If I had too many games, I wouldn't know which ones to play!

I forgot about Metroid Prime - If thats out before Christmas I shall be getting it!

So about 15 GC games!

I currently have 6 games for the Gc and looking at the schedules there are at least 8 games either out or coming out that I will be getting before the end of the year.

I think the concesus is that the GC is having a great first 7 months or so. I think it is quite likely I will have 10 games before the year is out. At it's height, I only ever had 20 games for my NES, and I had that for about 3 years!

Hmmm not sure what happended to the beggining of that sentece but it was supposed to say "I have all the games".

O won all the games tht IB's got except i've got Tony Hawks instead of Monkeh ball. Judging by the release lists as long as my funds stay constant I could own around 20 games by the end of the year.

Pikmin, Resi Evil, Eternal Darkness, Animal Crossing, SSX Tricky, Timesplitters 2, Starfox Adventures, Die Hard Vendetta, James Bond:Nightfire, Turok 4, Tony Hawks 4, Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime, Wrestlemania X8, Soul Calibur 2 and loads more. God i'm gonna be in gaming Nirvana.

I intend to get absolutely LOADS for a console's first year!
