Has anyone got that far?
Is it true?
Are there any hints and tips that you can post here?
GO!
How fustrating!!! :-D
Up+B with Ness performs the PK Thunder move.
A little bolt comes out of his head which can be steered using the analgoue stick.
Now steer this bolt into the back of Ness and it'll blast him in that direction.
This move is used as Ness's third jump.
Tricky to master but worth it.
Now when it comes to Cruel Melee, go to the edge of the arena and jump off (double jump if neccessary to keep at the right height).
The computer wireframes will stand at the edge of the platform, not daring to jump off but waiting for you to come back on (they may be tough but they're also dense!)
Now use the PK Thunder to blast yourself into them.
It won't kill them straight off, but it'll knock them far enough so that you have time to recover your composure and get back into position without being hit.
Keep this up and you COULD go on for ever.
The problem is, keeping it up isn't the easiest thing in the world, and sometimes those wireframes manage to be awkward...
Get 5 KO's and you get the unknown trophy.
Get 20 and we'll see it this rumour holds substance (it OBVIOUSLY doesn't but it's nice to prove it and therefore closing the argument - there's always one prat who insists "it MIGHT work..." and annoys everyone by insisting it's worth a try...)
I've managed 12 KO's with Ness and think I can "up it" another 8 or so...
