I don't have time to post my views but thought you should see this if you haven't already. Is there anywhere were nobody is actualy watching or monitoring what we do?
Shocking isn't it. Any muppet at your local council can get access to your list of friends this way. The opportunities for misuse of these powers staggers me.

Did you actualy read the information on the link?
It is all about how the government plan to change the privacy laws to allow them to record the phone calls and internet use or every person.

Well for a start this is a chat room that youngsters use so it has to be monitered but i think some of it is paranoia there is also the right to privacy law in the uk which gives people certain rights no one has to right to invade you home except in cases of law.
