In the manual, it shows the view screen inside the car, the speed and speedometer in mph but when you play the game it shows the speed and speedometer in km/h. Does anyone know how to change the speed and speedometer from km/h to mph?

You can't change to mph in the game, but if you wanna know your speed in mph this is how you do it.
To change Km/h to mph, multiply your speed in kilometers by 5 and divide by 8, to get your speed in mph.

I have an acetate sheet which you can place over a 14" screen and get a messy MPH display in in-car view.
