I'd call them white grapes, even though they are obviously green. And black grapes even though they are a red/purple.
Come to think of it, it is really mixed up!

Table grapes have colouring to show their groupings. There are red, blue-black and green.
In principal you could argue that Green Table Grapes are officially, therefore called green grapes, but still belong to the white grape family.
Well, that's how I understand it anyway.
