when ive downloaded a movie the audio plays out of sync,im afairly new player when doing this kind of stuff,but im eager too learn,please help i would be very gratefull.cheers

Need some more info really.

Make sure you've got the latest updates/drivers for your sound and graphics card.

If that doesn't help, you'll need to say what you are downloading and what you are using to play it etc.
