The joint owners of a local Spar store, Gavin McGavin and Stuart Stewart are today on the run from police after pulling off a daring robbery at a large facory that produces aluminium foil.

The pair, both single, and in their 40's, are thought to have broken into the factory via a skylight. How they remained undetected by camera's is something of a mystery, which is why the police have gotten Fred out of Scooby Doo involved in the investigation. He had the following to say "Well it's quite apparent that the robbers came in through the skylight, there's broken glass all over the floor, but we managed to find another clue. Caught on some of the glass was some kind of thin clear plastic, possibly cling-film."

Once inside, the dastardly duo loaded as much aluminium foil, or tin-foil, onto a fork-lift as they could, and made their escape on this vehicle.

The fork-lift was later seen in the early hours of the morning by dog walker Colin Ashford "Well I be walkin' me dawg, when I be seein' this forklift with all this tin fiol on it. Then I be seein' this lorry, an' it's back come down it did, and I be seein' the fork-lift drive up onto the back o' the lorry like it were that Kit car out of Knight Rider or someint, but it weren't cause it were a fork-lift!"

Unfortunately Colin was unable to record the number plate of the lorry, but was able to tell the police that it was black in colour, which the police are now investigating.

Gavin and Stuart are said to be a danger to the community, and should not be approached by the public, but if you have any information on this, or any other made-up crime, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Forlift trucks and aluminium foil.

Funny. For some incredibly peculiar reason.
