Currently the biggest upset for ages. Probably worse than senegal france. The usa will never stop talking about it if they win this "soccer match". Its on bbc by the way.

This is true. The usa only prefers baseball and american football because those are the only team sports they are top in the world in. If they beat korea on monday they will have pretty muck qualified for the second round and will probably get an easy draw as onl;y germany and portugal are anygood in this side of the draw. if they get to the quater finals american pride will surge up and they will decide that they are becoming good at it so it is actually worth playing now. That will make the mens side grow more attractive to younsters. Next thing they need to do is sort out the domestic league. Not only is it not great at the moment they need to make it attractive whilst not cheesy. (teams are called the LA eartquakes,metrostars,raging rhinos and the likes)! Its growing more and more popular over there and if the us do well in the world cup intrest will be severely boosted. USA 94 helped as well as well as the women winning the womens world cup.Theyve definitely got the numbers,build and if they decide to play more the commitment to become one of the better teams in about 3 or 4 world cups time.

yep your honour talking about football results its more chat than three quarters of the stuff put in here. Just because you are not interested in it doiesn't mean others aren't interested. Topics such as the joys of internet sex could be put in the internet or love forums but aren't. More people are interested in football scores and chatting about one as remarkable as this than are reading stupid petty messages about other site users.
