Hello and Welcome to the SRW Arena! Up next is a KOTR battle between Maven and RVD. Whoever wins this goes onto the Final!
RVD (Rickoss) Vs Maven (Tazz)
"One if a Kind, Da Da Da Der" RVD's music hits and out comes RVD to a huge pop! But wait a minute, he has a microphone in his hand What has RVD got to say?
"Now Maven, you won Tough enough. I respect you for that and how about we make this match more exciting. How about we make it a Ladder Match!" The Sold out crowd erupts in cheers and the chants of "R-V-D" begin.
"Mavens music hits" Maven comes out to a great reception from the crowd, and then begins to answer RVD back.
"I accept, but what will be on the line? What will be up there in the air to grab to win the match and go through to the finals?
"Hmm…How about the KOTR Trophy! The one before they exchanged it for a belt!"
"You're on"
RVD and Maven shake hands and agree not to fight until they get to the ring.
Ding, Ding! The match is underway and RVD locks up with Maven and gets him in a headlock. Maven reverse's it and tosses Van Dam into the ropes…Van Dam slides under Maven's legs, German Suplex by Van Dam. Van Dam monkey flips onto the apron and gets the Ladder. Wait a minute! Maven is up and runs into the ropes… Maven bounces back and jumps towards Van Dam on the outside…SMACK! Van Dam just chucked the ladder at Maven whilst he was flying towards him! Ouch!
Van Dam now monkey flips onto the barrier and positions his legs…Arabian Face Buster! Maven is reeling and is holding his head in pain. Rob Van Dam picks up Maven and tosses him into the ring whilst getting the ladder as well. RVD positions the ladder on top of Maven. What the hell is Van Dam gonna do? Van Dam goes up top…FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH…But Maven rolls away and RVD hits the Ladder! Both men are down and Nick Patrick begins the count 1…2…3…4…5…6…7…Maven is slowly getting up whilst Van Dam holds his ribs in pain. Maven sets up the Ladder in the middle of the ring. He begins his journey and is now at the top…CRASH! RVD dropkicked the ladder away and Maven had fallen to the outside! Van Dam…Van Dam…ASAI MOONSAULT TO THE OUTSIDE! "Maven just got Van Dams feet in his mush!" Exclaims Jerry Lawler.
Van Dam picks up Maven and rams his head into the steel post. Maven is shaken and RVD runs and nails a bulldog! Van Dam sure wants to win this won. Van Dam is now getting a Steel Chair! He motions for Maven to get up…VAN DAMINATOR! Van Dam just hit his Favourite Move! Maven is out and bleeding. Van Dam takes his opportunity and slowly gets into the ring. He positions the Ladder in the middle of the ring. Maven is out and Van Dam is sure to win here. He climbs up the Ladder slowly in the sense that he has won. What the? IT'S TRIPLE H! We know these two have been feuding. Triple slides into the ring and kicks the Ladder away. Van Dam falls into the ropes, in between his legs, Ouch! Nick Patrick is the mess of this is still dealing with Maven and hasn't seen Triple H. Triple H knocks RVD back into the ring and…PEDIGREE! THE PEDIGREE! Van Dam had the match won! Triple H runs off through the crowd and Nick Patrick turns round to find everything normal!
Maven is able to carry on and very slowly gets into the ring. Maven looks at Van Dam, then the Ladder and decides to get the ladder from off the ropes. What is Maven doing? He has positioned the Ladder next to the Turnbuckle. Maven picks up Van Dam who is still reeling from Triple H's Pedigree. Maven throws RVD into the Turnbuckle…No Van Dam stops himself by putting his foot on the rope! Maven runs at RVD but Van Dam throws Maven into the Ladder! Van Dam drops to the floor and rests again. Maven is just plain out cold.
Van Dam is the first to get to his feet and runs into the ropes…ROLLING THUN…Wait a minute, Maven got his knees up! Maven drags himself up via the ropes and goes onto the Top Turnbuckle…he positions himself and…MOONSAULT! Yes Maven hit the Moonsault. Maven is quickly up and gets the Ladder…RVD gets up and…back down again with a Ladder shot from Maven, and another in the ribs! Maven now sets up the Ladder in the Middle of the ring and looks up…is it gonna be over? Maven climbs the Ladder…but Van Dam is getting up. The crowd is on their feet. It’s a Race against time…RVD gets onto the Top Turnbuckle whilst Maven tries to unhook the Trophy off the rope…FLYING SPINNING WHEEL KICK! RVD just knocked Maven all the way to the Outside again and off the Ladder! RVD wants to end it and jumps onto the Top Turnbuckle again. He grabs the Ladder off the floor and positions it next to him on the Turnbuckle. RVD climbs the Ladder…I can't believe this. FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH OFF A LADDER ON TOP OF A TURNBUCKLE! SMACK! Mega impact. The Sold out crowd is going absolutely nuts and Van Dam is just about in one piece! Maven is out cold!
"The Crazy son of a b***h" Screams JR and The King is speechless! For the first time ever! Van Dam crawls his way to the side of the ring and drags out a Ladder from underneath the ring. Van Dam tries to get up but can barely even get his breath back let alone walk! He finally does and chucks it into the ring. "Is it over yet?" Questions JR. Van Dam looks up and walks the Ladder…but he falls down again! Van Dam is too tired! Van Dam this jumps up a few steps and gets to the top! The Crowd are anticipating the finish here…"HES DAM WELL GOT IT, ROB VAN DAM IS GOING TO THE FINAL" Shouts JR. The Sold out crowd blare over the music with Cheers. "That was very unlucky on Maven, I a few years time though I am sure he will be in the KOTR Final" Says JR.

Just the sort of match I would expect from RVD. I'm surprised Maven got this far considering he hasn't got a finisher yet.
Now we have our WWF Semi Final match decided and our CAW match too.
