I chose a horizontal menu but now wish to change to vertical but the choice is no longer there. It is only showing horizontal menu options - how can I change it back?

Hi Exposure4u and welcome to the Freeola Forums!
If you wish to alter the position of your navigation bar (Assuming your template allows it) you will need to access the site layout section of the builder.
If you could please return to the 'Site Overview' section of the software before selecting 'Edit Instant Site Layout' under the 'Design' heading. You will be then presented with a page that allows this change.
The navigation menu options should appear top of the list under the heading 'Display My Navigation:' and a blue shaded box.
