12 million are on the verge of dying in a nuclear holocaust in India and Pakistan and you're effing and blinding about a stupid game of football.
Calm down a little. It's one game. There are many more. England could still qualify and regardless of whether they do or not there will still be a feast of brilliant football on display for the coming month.
