if you have beaten the pokemon leage go to shark mouten. get catopult or magro.

I think that you have to get a traded magmar with a special item and it should evolve and have magma armour

I think you just have to have a certain Pokemon in your team, like Magby or something like that. Go on to a games forum and try find someone giving them out or trading them. Its the quickest way to get hold of it i think
